This return policy does not apply to items that are purchased during a sale which have been stated as Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable on ORROTime.com.
For all returns & exchange requests, please email us at ex@orrotime.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include your contact details, order ID as well as the reason for returning. We will reply with a return merchandize authorization ("RMA") number and a return address.
All returns will first be reviewed by ORRO Timepieces for wear & tear damage. Once inspected and no damage is noted, we reserve the right to perform remedies including :
Orders once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled because at ORRO, we work fast to have your order processed for shipping or for production (for customized orders). Therefore, please make an order only after you have confirmed your decision to purchase.
All ORRO Timepieces orders made via our website do not include customs & sales duties imposed by local customs authorities in your country. From our experience, most countries do not impose taxes on our orders as the package is relatively small and can pass off as a gift. However, should there be any taxes imposed on an item, you will be responsible for paying these amounts to your country’s local customs.
Customers in Hong Kong & Singapore will not need to pay any sales taxes upon delivery as the order will be shipped locally via a local courier service.
